A young Venetian Merchant searching for his brother witnesses the crime. Suffering a grievous injury and memory loss, he is rescued by a mysterious wandering Templar with secrets of his own.
The Venetian awakens with The Hall of Heretics, a hidden sanctuary, only to discover he has been tasked with translating the Greek's documents. He encounters a world of secretive pariahs and madmen. Deep beneath the Hall, lies the Temple of Hor Qua, he will walk somewhere between life and death, never knowing which lies at his feet. He uncovers the origins of these ancient writings, which may hold the truth behind the deaths of Egypt's greatest rulers and comes face to face with a presence bent on using his blank mind as a canvas that may or may not be a product of something broken deep within himself.
I am from coastal Louisiana, well below the city of New Orleans. I have spent the last thirty years traveling extensively in South East Asia, Europe and the Middle East. I have used my travels to meet those from other cultures, always taking something meaningful from the experience. I feel it has not only added to my appreciation of others, but helped me forge my storytelling.
