Set in January 1933, during the four weeks before Hitler was appointed Chancellor, Michael is sent to Germany by MI6 to collect the name of the secret agent sent to America by Vice Chancellor Hess to stop America joining the UK and France in any future war. If Michael can find the name of the secret agent sent by Hess, the agent will be thrown out of America.
Michael not only struggles to find the name of the Garman agent, but fights to save a Jewish woman, whom he has fallen in love with, and a mixed race child, whose mother has been abducted by the Nazis, and who the Nazis are searching for to sterilise.

I live in Salisbury, England and am an ex academic who enjoys writing historical novels. I have long wanted to write this novel since I consider it vital to the times we live in. The novel is based on facts and is highly prescient given the recent rise in neo-fascism in Europe and America and Trump declaring that immigrants are poisoning the blood of true Americans.
